Vacancy: Machine Operator (Glass – 2 Shift System)

What will you be doing?
We are looking to strengthen our production department. As an operator you will have the opportunity to develop yourself as an specialist in high-quality glass products. You will work in a small team where you will learn all the skills of the job. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and driven to master the craft and contribute to our success.
Your specific tasks will include:
- Assisting with adjusting and starting up the production line
- Inspecting produced products for cleanliness, dimensions, functionality, and shape deviations
- Unloading the packing robot and sealing the packaging
- Processing production and measurement data administratively
- Cleaning the machine and the production area
In this position, you will work closely with a machine setter on one production line and report to the technical director.

What can you expect from us?
We offer you a challenging technical job in a 2-shift system at a family business with plenty of opportunities to develop yourself. Specifically, this means:
- A long-term position for 40 hours per week in day shift (training period) that after a few weeks switches to a 2-shift system with working hours from 08:00 – 17:00 and 16:00 – 24:00, alternating weekly.
- 8% shift allowance.
- 8% holiday allowance.
- 23 vacation days based on full-time employment.
- Travel allowance.
- Pension plan, with NAFVSM covering a significant portion of the costs.
