Machine Setter (Glass – 2 Shift System)

With our production sites in the Netherlands and France we provide top-quality products to customers in the pharmaceutical industry, diagnostics, hospitals, and laboratories, primarily within Europe. What will you do?
We are looking to strengthen our production department. As a machine setter you will have the opportunity to develop yourself as a specialist in high-quality glass products. You will work in a small team where you will learn all the tricks of the job. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and driven to master the craft and contribute to our success.
Your specific tasks will include:
- Setting up and operating production lines for glass products (ampoules, vials and test tubes).
- Setting up and configuring camera inspection systems.
- Performing product changeovers.
- Supporting the technical service in maintaining and repairing the production lines.
In this position you will work closely with your fellow operator on your production line (you will have the opportunity to operate multiple lines). Additionally, you will report to the technical director.

What can you expect from us?
We offer you a challenging technical position in a 2-shift system at a family business with plenty of opportunities for personal development. Specifically, this means:
- A long-term position for 40 hours per week.
- A salary of up to €3,800 gross per month (including 8% shift allowance).
- The position starts with day shifts (training period) and after a few weeks transitions into a 2-shift system with working hours from 08:00 – 17:00 and 16:00 – 24:00, alternating weekly.
- 8% holiday allowance.
- 23 vacation days based on full-time employment.
- Travel allowance.
- Pension scheme, with NAFVSM covering a significant portion of the costs.
